Arrowbear Music Camp Choral Sessions

CHORAL

For singers entering 9th grade through college. An intense week of musical preparation including instruction in vocal production, music theory and performance practice, contemporary a cappella, vocal jazz, and recording. Instructors work carefully with social staff to balance rehearsals and classes with social activities.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Students receive excellent instruction in choral technique, vocal production, music theory, and musical artistry. The music staff is made up of professional performers and educators who work carefully with the camp social staff in order to balance the musical end of things with traditional activities such as campfire, hiking, swimming, volleyball, arts and crafts, etc.
Our conducting staff includes some of the best choral education talent in Southern California.

The Choral Session ends in a full group concert.

This schedule is adjusted for different age groups. Shorter rehearsals, more activities, and earlier night for Elementary. Longer rehearsals and later nights for Advanced.
