here and mail it to our P.O. box.
Make payment:
Reserve your spot by mailing in either a $100 deposit or an early full
payment discount (see discount options below). Please note that any
outstanding balance must be paid in full at the start of the session.
Sorry, we do not except credit card payments at this time.

Please make sure to send a small recent photo.
Wait for confirmation:
You will receive a confirmation of enrollment my mail shortly.
Approximately two weeks before your session you will be mailed a
general bulletin with details about what to bring, a health form, a
map to camp, and other necessary information.
Cancellations: if you cancel more than four weeks before your session, a full refund, less a $30 administration fee, will be made. If you cancel less than four weeks before the session starts we will refund all but 20% of the total cost (except in an emergency). Please send all the cancellation notifications in writing.

Family discounts: Enroll the first child with a deposit or early full payment. Send additional siblings to sessions of equal or less cost without a deposit and 20% off of the full price. Payment is due on the first day of the session.
Early full payment discounts: Early enrollment discounts of 10% and 5% will be available for those paying in full before specific deadline dates. Check the home page for details.

ABOUT OUR COSTS
The old understanding "You get what you pay for" doesn't fit Arrowbear. Compared with other specialty camps our pricing is very low. Yet feedback continues to assure us that our program and the experience are exceptionally fine. Thanks to a dedicated staff, family owners, and volunteers the costs are set as low as practical to make Arrowbear available to as many as possible.
